Common questions

How fanping insights measures Twitch ramp-ups, where the data comes from, how current the numbers are, and how to remove a channel.

What is fanping insights?

A measured view of how fast a Twitch channel's audience arrives after go-live, built from public data.

What do you measure?

Four things: viewer ramp-up (how the audience builds after go-live, read every few minutes), time to half crowd, the minute your audience has arrived, and the late-arrival gap (viewers who missed the opening while the room was still filling).

How we measure, in detail

Where does the data come from?

Can I remove my channel?

Yes. fanping creators can turn this off in Settings. Everyone else can opt out with a verified Twitch check.

What is a ping?

A short notification fanping sends to fans who chose to get them, the moment a creator goes live.

Is it free?

A free plan is available.
